In 1997, having served a number of Fortune 500 companies for several years, Mr. Cioffe recognized that many small to mid-sized businesses had the same human resource needs as their larger counterparts. Adhering to a well-constructed business plan with a focus on risk management, Mr. Cioffe has guided Compensation Solutions through a steady, controlled and consistent growth. In slightly over seven years, CSI has grown to be the largest PEOs domiciled in New Jersey with more than 400 worksites. Through sound financial planning, Compensation Solutions has remained strong and profitable. Compensation Solutions has been selected by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s Finest privately held companies for 2003/04 and 2004/05.
