Human Resources Assistant
Compensation Solutions
is seeking a Human Resource Assistant for our Wayne
office. This position will provide support and
assistance to the Human Resource Department.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Process terminated
employee files, including but not limited to, copying, filing and
following up on missing paperwork.

Contacts former
employees via telephone, mail and email.

Maintains employment
resumes for former employees.
-
Prepares files for
unemployment and/or disability claims.
-
Assists with
locating and filing personnel files.
-
Participates in
administrative staff meetings and/or seminars.
-
Assist in the
completion of various Human Resources projects, as needed.
-
Other duties as
assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:

Must possess the
ability to be professional, confident, and articulate.

Customer service
oriented.

Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Access and the Internet (Excel, a plus)

Ability to pay close
attention to detail.

Must be able to work
